Cancellation Window
Customers have 12 hours from the time the order is placed to request a cancellation.
- If cancelled within 12 hours, you will receive a full refund with no penalties.
- After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or production and cannot be cancelled.

Restrictions on Cancellations

- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
- This includes changes to product type, design, customization, or quantity.
Because many of our gifts are custom-prepared, production begins quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Modifying Shipping Address
If you need to correct or update your shipping address:
- Please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
- We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the change.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
