Refund policy

Introduction

At JoyfulGifts, your satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that sometimes a gift may not be exactly what you expected. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment (PayPal or Stripe).
  • The credit will be processed according to your payment provider’s policies.

Please note:

  • It may take up to 14 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
  • JoyfulGifts is not responsible for any bank fees or processing charges that may apply.

Return Shipping Costs

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label.
  • Detailed instructions will be sent explaining how and where to return your item.

There are no restocking fees on any approved returns.
